E-108: 'Iota'

Dr. Robotnik's description;

"Iota is one of the more sophisticated and better of the E-Series. Though I cannot replicate the spark that made Gamma shine during the few days it was active, Iota is moderately intelligent. It does not speak very much, but one could almost say it... chooses not to. It is programmed to chase a target relentlessly, capable of staying focused for however long it takes. Regardless, it is capable of moving at about 400 mph but no more, so if a target (Sonic, for example) reaches a speed any faster than that, it DOES know when to quit and contact an E-120 Sigma unit.* Iota's blades are made of pure condensed chaos energy and can slice through most heavily armored vehicles."
